The houses of Las Terrazas de la Torre are distributed throughout the complex in sets of apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, in buildings of 4 floors of maximum height in three phases that are located around the community pools, the lake, the golf course and the gardens of lush vegetation.

Phase I is the one closest to the entrance to the resort. It has several community pools, large gardens and beautiful golf views. The buildings, with disabled access and lift access, are distributed in a U-shape to better take advantage of their proximity to the pool, communal areas and to provide various views and orientations.

The floors have large terraces, with variable surfaces, which extend the living area with views of the golf course and the central lake. The architecture is functional, rooted in the traditional Mediterranean shapes, textures and colours such as the white of its facade. The construction level is three heights plus ground floor.
